To the entire family of the late Raymond Harrison. May the God of ALL COMFORT bless you on this day and months to come. I met Mr. Harrison years ago through Rhonda Lewis (niece) and became very fond of him. He was a very special man who loved this people.

My deepest sympathy to the entire family of Raymond Harrison. I had the pleasure of calling him my friend. I became acquainted with him through my former husband Glen Smith who met him at Pull-A-Part many years ago. Glen called him Grandad and he was a special friend to both of us. Glen passed away 10 years ago and Raymond continued our friendship. He would often call to check on me and always said a prayer with me before he hung up the phone. I have lost touch with him and was sad to read of his passing in the paper. I bet he and Treva have been having a wonderful reunion and just maybe he has found his old friend Glen to have a laugh with as well! May God bless your family. I am sure I don't have to tell you that he was such a remarkable person and will be missed by so many.

The Harrisons were some of the best neighbors anyone could ask for. Raymond loved to walk and he never failed to stop for a chat and a hug when he saw us outside. When my mother was so ill he always asked about her. He always had a kind word and encouragement to share. After we had lost both my father and my husband's father, he became like a dad to both of us. We were so impressed by his love for his family and his devotion to Miss Treva. Even after she died, he continued to go to the facility she had been in to volunteer and visit with the patients. I think he did that as long as he was able to drive. He was quite a guy and I can safely say there are MANY people in Forest Park that will miss him.

Raymond was one of our best customers here at Riverside Auto Salvage. We always called him "Henry." He was an extraordinary man and we will miss him greatly. He would call us often, just to say hello. He was like family to us, and said we were like family to him. Our prayers are with the family. We know he's with God.
