All of us at Phoenix Home Health express our deepest sympathy for the family at this time. It was an honor for me to have cared for Don these past several months. I take with me the memory of him smiling and joking with me at our last visit. He will be missed. During my visits with Don, we would talk about sports, life, history, and of course, the weather. But it always ended with him speaking of his family. He loved you all very much and would speak highly of all of you. I greatly enjoyed our visits. Again, it was an honor to have cared for him. The promises God made are all true. I shared an office with Don at the Okla. State Dept. of Health. I retired a few years back, but I stayed in touch with him When he was new to our office, he once came to work on a paid holiday and stayed the entire day. I always teased him about that and I would remind him days before a holiday NOT to come to work . We laughed a lot about that and other things, politics, etc. We will meet again.
