Don was great lawyer with an extremely quick mind and a keen sense of humor. I worked with him for many years at the FAA. My sympathy goes out to the family. .

For those that did not know him, he served as our deputy chief counsel in our office when i started in the FAA. He was a very intense litigator and was kind enough to write me a very strong letter of recommendation for the Temple LLM program in Philidelphia. He loved to quote the great poets. he was a very good tennis player. He was a good intense living man; a renaissance man of sorts. He will be missed. My sympathy to all his friends and family.
