Biography: Leon was born to Violet Johnson Gray and Henry Dobbs. Leon leaves to cherish his memory one son: Leon Dobbs; one daughter: Cheryl Pennington; two sisters: Frances Knight, Revesta Gray; and two brothers: "Jay" Riley Stephans, Sidney Stephans. Leon attended Douglass High School.
