My precious joy passed over on July 23, 2021 at 8:55pm holding my right hand as he lay next to me while heavens gates awaited his arrival. He is one of the first in line. That's what the book says. He is closer to entering the Kingdom now than me. It is in the word. Yes, he is in that number with our mothers and all the ancestors that paved the pathway for us. During his passing, the spirit of the Lord was not just near; it was already in his body from when the Lord blessed us with his heart almost 26 years ago in that same building. The Lord passed my son down to us through my beautiful wife, "the epitome of all shades of femininity." She is my only weakness, but makes me stronger and because of her, I am a better father and more than just her lover. She gave me what I prayed for. Two children. Just two boys and her hand and one home to raise them in and an extra room to share our love. That was all I wanted and needed. We will always have two children. One just had to spread his wings and fly away too soon. Should have stayed awhile longer but he received the text before we got the message that he was called home. I don't like it, but I will keep on trusting the Lord's word even though things didn't go our way. Adelaja and the Lord must have already FaceTimed each other when we as a family were still praying for his healing. God said no to healing, but come on home my son. God is selfish in his giving. Blessed us with our beautiful precious joy. As my wife said one day. "Adelaja and I grew up together." And then the Lord took him away. But I thank him for his grace and mercy because my precious joy could not have lived, moved, or breathed without him. Thank you for your grace. Thank you for my children. Thank you for being selfish Lord. Your selfishness is the reason he is standing at the gates. You shared him with us, but he was still yours.
