Joe and I came on the fire department together in 1988. We became good friends in recruit class and had an opportunity to work together at station 18 for several years. Those years working with Joe at 18’s were some of the best years I had on the fire department. Joe was a very intelligent and caring person. My condolences to his family . He will be missed.
