Soror Tessie Diggs-Gsrrett was one of the most helpful, insightful, and caring persons I have met. I greatly admired the fact that even though she was up in age, she did what she could to see about her daughter's well-being before her daughter preceded her in death a few years ago. Those of us who knew her were encouraged by her strength, wisdom, and tenacity. She will be greatly missed.
