Dr. Thomas and her husband worked together with my Mother Goldie Johnson in PTA when I was a student at Dunjee School. I was blessed to work with their daughters when they were in high school. Countless students were and continue to be awarded scholarships yearly named in her honor through the Metro Tech Foundation.
