To the family of dearly departed Edward Melvin Porter, you have my deepest condolences during your season of grief. I was closest to the departed Sen. E. Melvin Porter and his son Atty. Joel Porter. Edward and I shared residence at DaVita Dialysis and I only met Mr. Porter in the last year. He was always cheerful.
