Biography: Carolise was born to Nancy Weaver and Jimmy Hare. Carolise leaves to cherish her memory one son: Bakari Chavanu; one daughter: Debbie McCowan; two sisters: Yvonne Hare, Alice Shelton; one brother: Collis Hare; and one sister-in-law: Loverta Hare. Carolise retired from the VA Medical Center.
Visitations: 5pm-9pm Tuesday, February 1, 2011 and 9am-9pm Wednesday, February 2, 2011

Ms. McCowan was a loving and gracious human being who cared about everyone. I am glad that I had the opportunity to be a part of her world because she made my world that much brighter. I will miss her love and advice, but know she will be waiting for us when we get to Heaven. My heartfelt prayers will be with the family forever!
