My brother James and I (Johnson brothers) traded annual Christmas gifts with the Barclay brothers (Carl Jr. and Kenneth) from very young ages. This tradition was established by our parents. Dr. Carl Barclay was Master Physician and his wife Mrs. Barclay was Master School Teacher. Our sincere condolences are of course extended to the Barclay brothers and their entire family in this time of sorrow; but we all know of and expect the coming blessings of Jesus Christ from the Eternal Kingdom.

Mae Neece was a beloved family friend and a play older sister to me and my two sisters, Natalyn and ShaRon Williams. I remember well her yearly visits to Paducah when we were young and fondly recall our trips to the Kentucky Lakes resort area. She traveled the world during summer vacations from school teaching, visiting exciting and exotic places. Her pride and joy was the accomplishments of her two sons, Carl Jr. and Kenneth as well as her talented grandchildren. Blessings to the family as you grieve the loss of your mother and grandmother. Let happy memories of bygone times sustain you as you celebrate Mae Neece's nine decades plus of a life well lived. May she rest in peace surrounded by a host of angels and in the company of her beloved husband, Carl, and dear parents.

To the Barclay Family, please know that Sean and I send our deepest sympathy and love your way. Mrs. Barclay was such a kind and godly woman. She always modeled by example, only had nice things to say about others and was always concerned for the welfare of others. I can only hope to live such a long godly life like her and become the woman that she was. I know this isn't goodbye but instead 'until we meet again' in Heaven.
