In all my years in working in kitchens, I never worked with someone like Kim. She was such a great cook, who had a knack for making food that came from the heart. She cooked for our residents like she was cooking for her family, and they loved it. She was a great influence on me in the short time we worked together, and I will miss her tremendously.
