My Sincerest Condolences to his Family and Friends. I know his church family at East Sixth Street Christian Church (ESSCC) will miss him dearly! I only knew him as Chico. I first met him my first semester at Oklahoma State University in Stillwater when I stayed in the Kappa house my first semester in 1970. He had a big personality and made a lasting impression. I never forgot him. I visited ESSCC in 2015, although he didn’t remember me,I did get to say hello. Again my Condolences to the Family! 🙏🏽

Condolences to the Francisco family. Chico would come to our house when we were kids, to play and hangout with my big brother Earnest. He was such a nice and intelligent individual. When he would leave to go home, we would/could watch him from our front porch on 7th St., to his front porch on 8th St. Therefore, we always saw that he made it home safe! Now we know for sure he's made it home safe, in the arms of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Rest easy Chico!
